Kristin Romberg – Art as Connection and Belonging

Since 2001, I’ve been creating large-format paintings, drawing

inspiration from my extensive travels and residencies around the globe. My work often transcends the traditional canvas, inviting viewers into a tactile, layered experience that echoes the complexities of nature. Whether suspended from thin cords or layered on walls, my paintings

are a reflection of my connection to the places I’ve explored and the

inner force that drives my creative process.
