Jungle Rhythms, Kenya - 2023
In 2023, I lived and worked in Kenya, painting a series of works shaped by the intensity of the landscape, the colors, and the constant movement around me. The experience brought a new energy into my work — more direct, more physical, more alive.
At the same time, I was part of the Mile46 project, where we painted houses together with the Maasai community. Being part of something shared and rooted in place changed how I approached painting.
These works carry that experience — the heat, the rhythm, the colors, and the connection to people and land. Many of them have since been collected and now live in new homes around the world
